PC Wallpaper is not exactly a new thing, but I do find that a lot of people are finding and using PC Wallpapers more and more often these days. The one problem that a lot of people have is that they simply do not know where to find these wallpapers at! It is actually pretty easy and once you find a few sites you like, you will be addicted! A PC Wallpaper is essentially a photo or picture you can place on the desktop of your computer.

I guess some people think this is lame considering you do not see your desktop a lot during the day, but still it is a nice way to customize your computer to the fullest. I know I change mine at least every week to different things. You can just use the PC Wallpaper that your computer gives to you, but I find that while these are “neat”, I can also customize it even more by adding and downloading a wallpaper I truly can enjoy – like cars!

A website that offers these wallpapers can and probably will have an exceedingly large amount of wallpapers or “backgrounds” including sexy models, cars, animals, food, homes (even fictional ones like Resident Evil type deals), cartoons, movies, music artists, man you name it you can find it!

Installing these PC Wallpaper is SO easy! Do not be scared. I promise this will not take, but a minute or two! First off, when you find a wallpaper site online you find the category you want and the wallpaper you want. Next, you need to do one of two things depending on the website.

Most sites will allow you to right click the photo, which will pop up your menu, and then you would select “Add As Wallpaper” or “Add As Background”. Once you click that option it will automatically add the PC Wallpaper to your desktop! The other option some sites will have is where you can actually download the file – I like this because, then I know I can always have it available if I ever want to go back to it again.

If you do the first option, and you change it to something else, your computer will most likely have no history of the first one. By downloading it to a folder on your computer you can go back to it any time and reuse it. This is easy too. Just find the place you downloaded it, open the file, click install or download and it should ask you if you would like to add it to your background, click yes and you are done.

If it does not ask you this question, simply click on your desktop, choose properties/customize/background or something similar, go to the page and look for “desktop backgrounds” and you should find a list of all the photos on your computer you can add to your desktop! By the way, you may have noticed I never said anything about prices. Well, that is because 99.9% of the sites you find online will be 100% free.

The few sites that do cost money are because they have special graphic designers and developers that create the photos or .gifs and they have to charge to be able to make it worth it for the designers. All in all, I say go with the free sites. Then, you can download as many PC wallpaper options as you want and change it whenever your mood changes!
